Frequently asked questions
What liquids or serums can I use with this?
Any thin, liquid hair product works: scalp serums, hair oils such as rosemary or peppermint oil, or a light leave-in conditioner. Thick creams and gels don't flow well through the liquid-guide teeth, so leave those out.
How often should I use the Revitalizer?
5 to 10 minutes a day is enough. Use it on dry hair as a plain scalp massage, or fill the tank with your serum. If your serum has its own instructions, follow those.
How do I clean the device?
After each use with serum or oil, empty the tank, rinse it with warm water and a little mild soap, and let water run through the liquid-guide teeth until they're clear. Wipe the outside with a damp cloth and let it dry before the next use. Don't submerge the device unless the manual says it's waterproof.
What is your return policy?
Every Auraclarify device comes with a 28-day satisfaction guarantee: email contact@auraclarify.com within 28 days of delivery, even if you've used it, and we'll refund the purchase price once it's back with us (return postage is on you). Sealed care products can be returned within 14 days while the seal is unbroken.
